Returns Policy

Refunds/Returns – AP Courses will refund the price or exchange any product for reason of failure to deliver required training, or manufacturing or material defect if returned within 28 days of delivery with prior agreement. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

In the event that you receive the wrong course title, the goods must be returned to Approved Courses.

Please note that no goods can be accepted for return for any reason other than being faulty if the seal has been broken. This complies with UK and EU legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.

To return faulty goods or an incorrect course title please email returns@ap-courses.com for a return authorisation number, and include the following information:

• Full name of purchaser
• Your order number
• Course Title/s
• Your email address
• Reason for return
• Whether you require a refund or a replacement

All refunds will be issued on the same credit card number used to make the purchase.

Any goods that are returned will be tested. We cannot be responsible for any incompatibilities caused by machine specification. If the goods are then found not to be faulty, we will return the goods and any postage charges must be met by the customer.
